Since our last inspection in June 2024, we have made a number of changes to improve our school.
- We have expanded and strengthened our Governing body to bring on board professionals with experience and expertise across a breadth of fields.
- We have redesigned our curriculum to ensure that children have regular opportunities to revisit and recall their previous learning. Our exciting curriculum continues to have opportunities for pupils to develop their knowledge and skills. We have invested in staff training to ensure that work is well matched to children's needs both in terms of supporting pupils with SEND and ensuring that children are challenged and given opportunities to reach a higher standard.
- We have improved systems for identification of SEND needs and tightened timeframes for action. We have invested significantly in staff training to support these actions. We regularly seek feedback from parents of those pupils with SEND to strengthen and improve collaboration and outcomes for our SEND pupils.
- We have engaged with external providers to validate that the changes made continue to improve outcomes for pupils.
